| GROUP RATES We welcome the opportunity to have your family or friends (16 person maximum) take over the entire Inn during the months of October through March to celebrate any occasion including: anniversaries, weddings, reunions, workshops/retreats and Thanksgiving. Reservations are recommended. Your reservation is confirmed upon receipt of one night’s advance deposit or credit card authorization. Deposit refunds for cancellations with fewer than 7 days notice will be made if your room is successfully re-booked. Shortened stays are not refundable.
Check-in time is 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm. Prior arrangements should be made for arrivals after 8:00pm. Check-out time is 11:00am.
Visa, MasterCard, traveler’s checks or cash are accepted.
Children over 12 are welcome.
Rollaway beds are available and will fit in Savory, Sage, Bay Laurel and Rosemary (additional rates will apply). We gladly accept well-behaved canine friends with a $100 refundable security deposit. There is a $25 fee per dog for dogs up to 50 pounds. Larger dogs are accepted with prior approval. Pets must not be left unattended in rooms. Pet owners assume full responsibility for any damages during their stay.
Smoking is allowed on the grounds a minimum of 25 feet from the Inn entrances (Washington State Law).
